But no… not that kind.
It’s nothing else than a book by Irvine Welsh. If you don’t know the name, will it help if I mention Trainspoting?
Porno is a sequel to Welsh’s masterpiece and a must for all who liked the first one.
The dialogs continue hilarious, and all the characters remain strong and empathic. Maybe, to some extent, the flow seems a little forced but, so far, has been an entertaining read.
Welsh tells the story from the characters’ different points of view, and individualizes them even more by the use of different dialects, which, until you get used to it, can be quite challenging.
Just to get you going, this time the gang turns from drugs to the adult entertainment industry…
